By ordering from Maiia's Kuche, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Payment is required to confirm any online or telephone order. Until payment is received, your order cannot be guaranteed. Issuance and receipt of an invoice is taken as confirmation. Since we may have to refuse other clients and begin preparations, invoices remain payable in the event of cancellation or postponement.

Deliveries are made by hand on the date specified in your order. All deliveries are carried out by Maiia's Kuche or our couriers. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address. If no one is available, we will do our best to leave the order in a safe place (with a neighbor, receptionist, caretaker, etc.), but we do not offer re-delivery.

If delivering to a workplace or a building with a mailroom or reception, Maiia's Kuche is not liable for the handling or storage of your order after it has been signed for.

If you arrange your own courier, we strongly recommend using a car rather than public transport. Once the cake leaves our premises, Maiia's Kuche is not responsible for any damage in transit. All claims must be addressed directly to your courier.

All of our cakes and cupcakes are made to order and are non-returnable. Refunds, credit notes or replacements will only be given if you receive the wrong product or if the product is of unsatisfactory quality. In such cases, or if you are not satisfied, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Claims made after this time will not be accepted.

We take great care to ensure all freshly baked products arrive in perfect condition. If your order is damaged, take a clear photo and contact us within 24 hours — we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

We reserve the right to use photos of our work on our website and social media. If you do not wish your order to be used for this purpose, or if you would like a personal photo of your order, please inform us when placing your order.

If you need to change or cancel your online order, please let us know as early as possible:

* Cancellations 7+ days in advance — full refund
* Cancellations 2–6 days in advance — 50% refund
* Cancellations within 48 hours — no refund
(refunds or credits may be issued at Maiia's Kuche’s discretion)

For custom cakes or cupcakes:

* Cancellations 28+ days in advance — full refund
* Cancellations 7–27 days in advance — 50% refund
* Cancellations within 7 days — no refund
(refunds or credits may still be issued at our discretion)
